Samantha Parkington (White Body)

    Samantha was the last white body doll I needed to complete the trio, and I was determined to wait for the right one to fall into my lap. In Summer 2024, I found a white body Samantha on FaceBook Marketplace for a whopping $500! But as I continued to check FB, I noticed the seller would lower the doll's price every few weeks. When her price was lowered to $125, I told my mom that it was a decent price. Little did I know, my mom immediately arranged to meet the seller, and also somehow talked her down to $100. Samantha had been purchased for the seller, who wasn't interested in dolls, so she was complete and in perfect condition. My mom saved Samantha for months, and I finally received her for Christmas 2024! Samantha is a 1989 slate eye white body, which is practically legendary in the realm of AG collecting. Samantha, along with my other white bodies, is a display doll, so she doesn't have a character role in my collection. I do have a ghost character in mind that Samantha may get to play sometime, but she's not active in my doll lore. If Samantha appears on the blog, it will most likely be in a photoshoot. I think she's so stunning, albeit in a little bit of a spooky way.
