The Blog Wars Part 1 (Collab with Viola Smiles)

 

 Lea: Hello everyone! I’m your host, Lea Clark, and today, I present to you, the first part of a brand-new blog face-off! In this competition, the Just Dolling and Viola Smiles families will compete with each other in a series of challenges. At the end of each part, a survey will be attached for you to vote on which blog you think did the challenge better. Make sure to read both Just Dolling and Viola Smiles’ parts before voting! Now, let’s meet the Just Dolling team members! 

Maryellen: Hi, I’m Maryellen. I think this whole blog war thing will be fun. I hope we do some sort of challenge for tracking down Bigfoot or something. 

Stella: I’m Stella, and I don’t know what to say. Molly sort of volunteered me to be on the team… either way, this will be… interesting. 

Molly: You already know who I am, but in case you’ve been living under a rock, I’m Molly. I’m super excited to not only to compete in this competition, but also to be doing a collab with one of my all-time favorite doll blogs, Viola Smiles! I just want to say, with all due respect, YOU’RE GOING DOWN, SMILES FAMILY! 

 Lea: Alright everyone, who’s ready for the first challenge? Before I announce it, does anyone have any questions about how this works? 

Stella: Can I use your microphone?

Lea: No. 

Molly: Are you the Viola Smiles Lea?

Lea: What do you think? I live here. 

Molly: So you’re a secret spy sent by Viola to sabotage our parts of the competition?

Lea: No. That’s enough questions. 

Molly: That’s what a spy would say…

Lea: Before we begin our first competition, I just wanted to give you all a pep-talk. The Smiles family isn’t going to go easy on you, and I’m not, either—-

Stella: What kind of pep-talk is this? 

Lea: Hey! Drop down and give me 50! 

Stella: 50 what? 

Lea: Cupcakes! What do you think? 50 push-ups! 

Stella: We both know I can’t do 50 push-ups. 

Lea: Not with that attitude! 

Maryellen: Aren’t you supposed to tell us the challenge? 

Lea: Oh yeah… It’s sculpting. 

5 Minutes later…

Molly: Does anyone have any ideas? 

Stella: About how to clone dinosaurs, or in general? 

Molly: No, about this challenge. We have to make something out of clay. 

Stella: Oh good, because I have no ideas regarding anything I just said. 

Maryellen: Luckily, they don’t call me “Maryellen-occasionally-good-ideas-especially-regarding-crypid-hunting-in-South-America-Larkin” for no reason.

Molly: That’s oddly specific. Do you have any ideas? 

Stella: How do you think we could get dinosaurs to not eat people if we cloned them? 

Maryellen: Let’s make the Loch Ness Monster! 

Molly: Any other ideas?

Stella: Loch Ness Monster with a top hat.

Molly: Well, the Smiles family isn’t going to think of that. 

Approximately 28 minutes later…

Min-Ji: Alright everyone, time is up! 

Stella: Wasn’t this not timed? 

Molly: Also, what happened to Lea? 

Min-Ji: I’m the new host. We realized that Lea is the only one who knows how to work the camera equipment. Now, let’s see what you guys made!
