Baking Me Crazy ~ A Mini Photoshoot
Hey guys! I'm back, as promised. In my last post, I showed off the AG kitchen I got in a garage sale. After I got it, I decided to do some baking pictures! These were really fun, and I'm satisfied with how they turned out! It's not very many, but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless!
First off: yes, that is real milk and real flour. There was also real sugar, but it got cut out of this photo. I was trying to get my camera to focus on the spoon, but it didn't want to. :( It's okay, though, because I think the being in focus makes the composition work. It's really cool. :)
Now, this one I love. The composition is, for lack of better terms, delicious.
And here, Grace is making blueberry waffles! I've had the waffle iron for a long time, and it's probably one of my favorite doll food accessories... Or, it was until I got that stand mixer...
Also, I forgot how much I love the wallpaper in that room.
Another angle. 😁 I really thought the lighting was going to be bad on these photos, so I was pleasantly surprised. (I love u, mirrorless camera ISO 4000.) I'm still practicing with editing, and I felt like I did a pretty good job on these!
And one more! Ah, I really love this composition! It makes getting flour all over my dollhouse so worth it! Plus, the colors all tie together so nicely. Ugh, I just love it.

I love these photos! They turned out really good. Putting flour all over your dollhouse is some serious dedication - but it was worth it! I'm glad you got the AG kitchen and I'm sure we'll be seeing it in some more photoshoots/photostories in the future.
ReplyDeleteThank you! The funny thing is, I'm currently avoiding gluten, so it was everywhere, but I can't even have flour. 😅 I definitely have some ideas for how I can use the kitchen in the future!
DeleteOkay, so it's official, I've started a 10 PM ice cream and Just Dolling tradition (you can't go and let me down on Mondays now girl 😂) and if my account suddenly floods with kitchen photography, I promise I'm not copying you. Your first two photos??? Absolutely just obsessed. And idk how you can get Grace to look that cute, but she's adorable, so I am just loving that for you.

I feel like this specific Grace doll photographs really well, idk. 😭 My custom, Liam, is also a Grace doll, and he photographs way different.
Stop why is Grace so cute? I feel like I've never realized that before lol. And the composition is so perfect and satisfying in all of those...I feel like I'm paging through an aesthetic doll cookbook right now.
