My Best Thrift Find Yet?

Hello everyone! We have completely abandoned our blogging schedule this summer! Woo! 

Okay, anyway. Looking back, my last "thrift finds" post was my garage sale haul, but that doesn't completely count as a thrift store. I feel like it's been forever since I've had any good thrift finds, and... tbh, I just really wanted to make this post for that reason. 

Today, I went to my favorite local charity shop. This place is like a fancy Goodwill. It's cleaner than any Goodwill I've been to, their prices are typically fair, everything is set up in an aesthetically pleasing way, they curate their donations into easy-to-find sections, and the profits go towards stopping hunger in our area. Basically, it's awesome, and I love it. This is also the place where I got Lea and McKenna, as well as a doll I gave to my friend. 

So I've found a few AG dolls at this place, and they've always been kinda separate from everything else and $40-$50. Which is a fine price, but I'm at the point where I'm not dropping that much on a doll I don't need.

But y'all.

I was in the toy section, just looking through what they had, and I looked up at the shelf across from me, and there was a doll laying there. I was like, "Wait, that's the AG hand mold" (because I'm a nerd), so I went over there, and IT WAS AN AMERICAN GIRL DOLL. 

SHE WAS $6! 

I'm obviously not about to leave a $6 AG doll behind, so she had to come home with me.

So here's my dilemma: she's an Isabelle Palmer, who I already have. I have NO CLUE what I'm going to do with her, but she's got a cute face. So. If anyone has any custom doll ideas, drop them in the comments? 

And... that's my little mid-week surprise post for you guys. Very low effort, but I love seeing other people's thrift finds, so I was like, "Why not?"😂 Anyway, have a great rest of the week and remember to eat your veggies! Bye! <3
